Born in South Wales in 1965 and qualified as a solicitor with Penningtons in 1991. Remained in London for a further 3 years before moving to Swindon and becoming a founder member of Clark Holt in 1995.
Specialises in company/commercial work with an emphasis on corporate finance.
In Chambers 2010 edition he was referred to as "an unfalteringly supportive lawyer". He is also recommended as a corporate lawyer in the Chambers Guide 2009 and 2010.
Keen interest in most things sporting but, in particular, rugby, football, tennis, golf and skiing. Also enjoys modern history.

Born in 1958 and qualified in 1985 with Morgan Bruce (now Morgan Cole). Became a corporate partner at Morgan Cole, where he worked for 18 years, before joining Clark Holt in January 2004.
Partner in the specialist corporate team with over 20 years experience advising on sales and acquisitions, MBO/MBIs, fund raising and more recently AIM transactions. Also advises clients on substantial joint venture and banking projects and regularly advises banks on funding corporate transactions. The 2008 edition of Chambers Guide said "Jeff Jenkins embodied the firm's commercial approach, with clients commending his 'practicality and proactiveness in getting the deal done'".
Interests include skiing, football and rugby and has a particular interest in cars.

Jonathan was admitted as a solicitor in 1989 and was a partner in the corporate department of Maxwell Batley, subsequently Maxwell Winward since 1994. He joined Clark Holt in January 2008, as a Partner.
Specialises in private company and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. Additionally Jonathan's practice as an experienced banking and finance lawyer covers property, development and acquisition finance, onshore and offshore investment and regulatory guidance.
Hobbies include family, property restoration, antiques, gardening and
country sports.

Born in Reading in 1980, having gained experience at Eversheds LLP, Polly qualified in 2007, and spent several years at Boyce Hatton, Devon, before joining Clark Holt’s corporate team in July 2010.
In her spare time, Polly’s interests include horse riding, running and tennis with occasional forays into the gym.
