 Born in 1956 and qualified in 1980.
Specialises in general commercial matters with a significant emphasis on computer law and employment law. Jeremy is the head of the Commercial Department, former Secretary of the Law Specialist Group of the British Computer Society and a co-founder of Wired West (Swindon). In 2003 he helped found in Swindon the country's only computer museum. He is the co-editor of "A Manager's Guide to IT Law" published in 2004.
Previously a member of the Territorial Army and currently an Instructor for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. Interests include hill-walking, long distance running and military history.

Martin was born in 1960 and qualified in 1993 after careers in industry and property development. Did his articles with City firm Norton Rose and practised there for a further three years before joining Clark Holt in 1996. Specialises in general commercial work with a particular emphasis on computer law.
He lives in a small village outside Swindon with his psychiatrist wife and three children, leaving little spare time for favoured pursuits such as running, sailing and motorbikes.

Specialises in intellectual property, information technology and general commercial law. Peter is an associate member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
He is ranked as a Leader in Information Technology in Chambers 2010, where he is described as being "praised by clients for being 'responsive to tight deadlines'".
Peter currently lives in Reading. He is a keen follower of sports (particularly Chelsea and London Irish), enjoys walking his dog (Elvis) and combines his interest in property renovation and a love of France with owning a house in Normandy.
